Bas Vlam

Calligraphy artist from Florvåg, Norway. Participant of the project, dedicated to the 150th birth anniversary of a great Georgian poet and writer Vazha Pshavela (2011).

 

Member of Kalligrafisk klubb, SSI and CLAS (United Kingdom).

Attended workshops with Donald Jackson, Jean Larcher, Gaynor Goffe, Astrid Scholten, Peter Thornton and Denis Brown, studied at Digby Stuart College under Ann Camp in 1989.

Founder and present chairman of Kalligrafisk klubb, giving lectures and teaches all over Norway.
Running own studio since 1986.
Exhibitions in Norway, Russia, Japan, Serbia, UK and the Netherlands.
